Well it would be nice to know what you're running so we can suggest perhaps a more powerful power supply.

We don't know what you're running. If we all suggest a 650w and you need 750 and something goes boom then you'll come back here and flame us.

Also why would you want a 650w power supply if you've already got an i9 with the death star powering it? I would think the death star puts out over 9000w.

Both are within your budget, and both are solid PSU's. The Neo ECO is a Seasonic M12II platform, and the TPN is the Seasonic S12D platform (somebody correct me if I'm wrong please).
The TPN is sort of a mix of S12 and S12D. Like the primary circuit of S12, and a custom secondary with the VRM module from the S12D line.
