ok guys i wanna try wc my 460s i got can i use theses Swiftech MCW80 Universal GPU waterblocks with theses Aluminium VGA Ramsinks ???

Yes, it would work great. While your current radiator will be sufficient, if you added a second radiator it could drops temperatures across the board by 4-5C.
