See if you can get it through TD first. If not then talk to Galaxy about this and explain the issue and refer to the nvidia forum post and explain to them how it does not work properly and offer them to send the mobo in with the card too if they say yea send the mobo then send the mobo and if not then send the card alone.
Get hold of someone who actually does RMAs and ask them nicely to not to send the same card back.
Just don't be hasty and be a pain to them, angered Customer Service people can really ruin it for you(I do at least)
