What a seller, try calling up Evga and see if they'll be able to do anything for you.

If not then try baking it, if that fails then sell it as broken.

If GPU is not "dead" (it is rarely dead, almost never, just bad BGA solder joints) it can be repaired. I wouldn't bake it in the oven. If you have a friend who is fixing SMD electronics, let him check mosfets, capacitors, and if everything is ok... well, do the reflow. 5 minutes and it can be alive smile.gif If you are somehow 100% sure it's bad solder on GPU (like you get stripes after reflow, you can also reball it. It will work....
