Interesting and strange problem with multiple graphics cards

Like I said in my first post, I repair graphics cards for living. I can repair motherboards too, but they are quite nasty to test afterwards

If this is not the right place to ask this, I'm sorry in advance.

So - I've done hundreds of repairs, reflows, etc, etc, but there is ONE problem I can't solve. Quite interesting, odd and iritating.

Recently I've fixed quite large number of Nvidia graphics cards, namely EVGA. Some of them had bad caps, some of them had bad regulators, some had to be reflowed, some had to be given a touch of my magic Some of them just worked fine.

THE PROBLEM:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
But 15 of them at least have a problem. THEY WORK JUST ON MY COMPUTER, independent on the previous state (repaired or not). Yes, that's right. Nope, I am not joking.

So I send a card, tested, to a person, and have it returned saying "Not working!". First I thought, ok, bad transport... but then I realised it works on my current machine.
Then I take it to my friends house - I get beep from motherboard - VGA faulty. O_o
Girlfriends computer - same.

So I took 7 of them (mostly 8800GT) to my other friends home... nope, none of them works?!? Some do beep, none posts! Some don't beep, you can hear windows starting, no picture...

Cards are mostly 8800GT, 8800GTS, 9600GT, 8500GT. 8600GT, 7600GT. ULTRA too. Now working flawlessly here as I type, and won't work anywhere else. Oh, one of them worked on some old MSI K9N or so motherboard at some guys place.

Anyone has ANY idea about this silly problem which is giving me a huge headache?

Thanks in advance and sorry for this wall of text!

Your mobo has the ability to reanimate the dead.

In all seriousness, I have not got a clue, very interesting, unique problem.

Well, I reanimated them (for example, changed bad BIOS chip, card started working fine, sold it, got it returned as faulty.... you know the rest, works like charm here )
