Lol. There is a nice part to being oblivious: There's a whole "magic" quality added to the experience of owning a computer when you're oblivious about these things. You just think if you spent $2000 on a Dell, you've got $2000 worth of hardware.

Hmmm me? Why would I order from anywhere else. They accept all my returns with no restocking fees ever yet, they price match to any other prices, and I can pick it up in person. I see zero reason for me to shop elsewhere ever at the moment. Lol, if you go to the Richmond NCIX, it's Asian town (literally I'd say 98% of the people in the Richmond mall where NCIX is in Richmond are Asian... you have to try hard to find white people... and you won't see any black/mexican/indian people). The Burnaby NCIX is run by Asian employees as well (but not as many Asian customers). Langley NCIX is almost all white. I haven't been to any of the other ones.

Newegg just hit me with my first restock fee for sending back PSU (around $10) reason: I don't need it lol.
It offended me deeply because I have NEVER EVER sent anything back to them except for one HDD defective within the first week.
I feel like if you got a very good record of sending stuff back you shouldn't be hit with this. Just look @ Newegg reviews on hardware. Full of people with "5 star" tech expertise that just keep getting DOA mobos.. lmao

I should have told them that that $10 cost them a i3 540 purchase. I'm sure then they would come crawling back to me !! lol ya right

I don't think they monitor individual sales though If you'd have bought $10000 worth of stuff, or $100 worth of stuff, they would charge restocking. >_<;

I'd expect that out of NCIX too. Only things I've returned run defectively in some way or another. The buzzing power supply seemed almost picky... but who wants a power supply that lets off a constant high pitch squeal. <_<;
