New here on my first build wanting opinion

Thread Starter
Hey everyone I was fixing to go into my first build, it will be a budget gaming build and I plan on using asus p755d-epro mobo, asus gtx 470 vid card, corsair tx750, corsair 2x4gb 1333 memory, haf 922, cooling i was thinking either the h50 water cooler or coolermaster hyper 212 +, a corsair f60 ssd and a seagate 1.5tb 7200 hd, and my main question is with the cpu would you recomend a core i7 870 or would it be worth it to splurge on the 875k just for the easier overclocking? And I would also like feedback on the components in general thanks.

i just meant i was not going all out on it. It will cost around 1400 or 1500 with the components i mentioned.

actually yeah i would definitely consider that. I appreciate that although i would stick to the ssd i had listed for the 6gb/s and I would want to see a review on that case but other than that I like it much better and I would get the extra hard drive. I did not really give much thought to the second generation intel core processors, but now I do believe I will go that route I appreciate it I really do.

oh and what is a folding rig? I have been trying to figure that out.

Ya. You can easily just switch out the ssd and case if you want to without any problems

A folding rig is just where someone uses their rig to fold
