It's actually fairly standard for a new handheld nowadays.

Wouldn't they be in two different markets altogether though?

The DS has always aimed for casuals while the PSP has been hardcore.

As much as there's premise for 3D without glasses for it, I CANNOT imagine playing BB:CS2 on those pads.
