I'll have to look but no way the front headers are correct. Some have the white on the left some on the right.


** EDIT

Try reversing the orange and white front power button wires (white = ground)



If that doesn't work make sure your PSU's breaker isn't kicked. the black switch with - / 0 should be on the -- for a open circuit

AND make sure your cmos jumper isn't on "Reset" mode"

U got rep for helping me and general good advice even though no one gave me the fix i gave out rep for help

I didn't change the wires because the power, reset, power led and hdd led all work so i figured why mess with them

Switches don't matter which way they are plugged in because it is simply a switch that completes flow. LEDs are polarized so they do care which way they get plugged in.

Have you tried booting into safe mode?

I didnt know how to boot into safe mode without being able to see anything on the screen.

but i fixed it by plugging in my headset so its all good but a new problem i face is that my comp now takes in excess of like 10 minutes to boot and it never used to. It just decided the other day to get stuck on the windows 7 loading animation. any help here?

Nah hdd is fine because it does load eventually. But i did find i think it went back to its normal boot time when i unplugged the LAN cable for internet. Anyone know how i can make it boot properly with the LA cable in?

goto bios and disable boot from LAN ?

Or if it has the check lan cable option
