It is just preference, they are both great. Kill coil has the advantage that you don't have to keep adding it to your water whenever you drain, PT_nuke has the advantage that it can be run in multiple loops at the same time (IE, if you make a loop for your friend you just put 4 drops of PT-Nuke in a you're set!)
The XSPC Rasa block is amazing, it's considering one of the top 3 waterblocks available right now. The two better blocks are only fractions of a C better, and both are more restrictive.
