Alright alright, I'll try it and see what happens! Although I'm pretty sure it will create a hotspot around the GPU :/

I've never tried my 212+ passively, though I'm sure it would do just as fine. When you think about it, having a fan attached to the heatsink itself is really no different than just having your case fans doing the job.

I had a similar build for myself in this case (except I was running the older Kuma chip ). Always loved the case. Now my dad has it!
