NZXT Phantom Build

Hey guys, just wanted to see if my parts were alright:

From Newegg:
NZXT Phantom Black - 139.99
SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6950 - 299.99
COOLER MASTER Silent Pro 700W - 109.99
MUSHKIN Enhanced Blackline 8GB 1600 @ Cas 9 - 109.99
GIGABYTE P67A-UD4 - 189.99
CORSAIR A70 - 46.24

From Microcenter:
i5-2500k - 179.99
SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 1TB - 59.99

Total: (around) $1158

I plan to do some overclocking -maybe get the 2500k to about 4.5 if possible. Also, I plan on unlocking the 6950 to a 6970.

A few questions, though, before I proceed with checking out:

1) I've read the reviews, but from personal experience, is the 6850 a good card? Or, would I be better off going with a 5870 or perhaps even a (cheaper) GTX 470 for the time being.

2) From what I researched on the power supply, it's quiet and does the job, but, again, from personal experience, is this a good PSU for the hardware?

3) If I unlock the 6950 to a 6970, and want to crossfire later on, would I have to get a 6950 and unlock that as well, or would I be able to just pop in a normal 6970?

And (sorry about this, I know I'm being a pain)

4) Is it better if I just go the LGA1366 route? (it'll be almost the same price) Reason being, I want to upgrade to LGA2011 once that comes out, or even Bulldozer if it shows drastic performance, so, I'm looking at re-sell value of the parts. Which route would be better in terms of this.

Thanks guys

1. For about $360 you can outperform a gtx 480 with dual 460s.

2. Get a bigger one, you can never give yourself too much room and you won't regret it. At least 1000 watts for dual 460s or dual 6950s.

3. Nope. The drivers would give you hell.

4. Nope. Sandy bridge is just fine and IF you are going to resell later, just wait till bulldozer and dont even build yet.

Thanks for your response. However, dual 460's won't work in VMWARE under OSX. Only the 5000 series will or 4000, but that's going to low for me. And the reason why I asked the fourth question was because, if i were to sell later on, I'm wondering what would give me a better re-sell value, sandry bridge or a 950 for example.
