Thanks for the suggestions, +rep for the help. Any other suggestions welcome.

EDIT: Modular PSUs if possible!
Thanks for the rep.

Alright, everything's set for me. I'm actually in a pretty lucky position right now. The SPM600 which I am going to RMA essentially cost me 49.99 (69.99+79.99 Egg combo with the case - 20 Rebate I received for PSU). Even with the cost of shipping doubled (to RMA it and sell it), it will still cost less for me than what it costs on Newegg right now (99.99) I plan to sell it for 70+11.95 shipping minimum on eBay, which is is still a pretty good deal considering it will be the RMA replacement, which *should* be new.

I have my eyes set on an HX650, now where's the cheapest place to get one? (other than Overclock.net ) I have the funds basically ready (+/- 15), and since Corsair is very good with rebates, it will essentially be 104.99 @ Newegg. Not bad, IMO.

Thanks for all the help, guys, and maybe if I get enough rep in a month, I can sell that PSU right here

I'd at least open up the PSU and take the fan out to re-lube the driveshaft. I've had fans that make that sort of noise before and a little lithium grease or 3-in1 oil goes a long way toward fixing the problem.
If you aren't worried about the rest of the unit and the warranty, that is. It sounded like you didn't want the hassle of the RMA process.
I'm sure you know what I am talking about, but here's a pic anyway...

And heck, for the price I'd just get a decent 140mm fan and slap it in there.
