(GTX470) Antialiasing + FPS issue.

The following screenshot is quite self-explanatory.

If you look at the edges of the buildings or poles, everything seems to be fine, but now take a look at the road or at the red building. See the white, seemingly cut-off, ugly "lines"? I hadn't that on my 8800 GT and I was like what the hell when I've seen this now that I got my new 470 GTX.

Antialiasing is set on 3 in the game itself. I'm not very familiar with the parameters in the Nvidia Control Panel itself so well, I don't really know. Could someone please show me how to fix this?

As for the FPS, if you look at the right top corner of the screenshot, you may see that the game is running @ 55 fps, and it's GTA San Andreas. So yeah.. only 55 fps on a 6 years old game as I have about 80-90 on very recent games? V-Synch is obviously off. There is something wrong, isn't it?

Thanks.

You're going to have to force AA through the control panel...

EDIT:

Your FPS...San Andreas was a ported game as far as I know...
So it's normal to see lower performance because of it.

Possibly a cpu bottleneck, though no amount of power will make that game look good.

Just noticed that the aliasing vanishes and appears again depending on the camera angle.

I used to have about 100 FPS on that game a few weeks ago with the same graphic card.
