Need Headphones for a teenager $50 budget

Hello OCN, I am looking for some headphones (must have mic) for my step-son. He games and listens to music. $50 is my budget. The headphones must have a mic. Sound card is an Asus Xonar D2X. Prefer a stronger build cuz at that age they tend to break everything. Anyhow, any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I would get some JVC HA-RX700's and a stand alone microphone. Can't beat that for under $50.

+1, it's hard to beat the RX700 under $50

Another vote for the RX700, I have the RX900 and they are very good and comfortable.

I had the

for awhile and I really liked them. They were extremely comfortable and the sound was surprisingly good. For the money I spent I was very happy with them for gaming and for music. They're $60 now but I recall getting them for $50 or less.
