Help me decide how to spend ~100 bucks.

So as the title implies, I'm looking to spend ~$100 +/- $20 (preferably minus heh) for a new case to replace my old Antec SX1030B. I have a few weird limitations though, which is why just looking through old threads hasn't quite clinched me.

Requirements:
1) Must be bought on Amazon (I have prime and a couple GCs to spend, so, no tax, free 2 day shipping and discount is hard to beat).
2) Must have Bottom mounted PSU (don't all the good modern ones though?)
3) Must have enough space to fit ridiculous 11" GTX260 vid card.
4) Must have enough top clearance to be able to fit Corsair A70 CPU cooler (159.5mm x 124.6mm x 129mm fitted with 2 120mm x 25mm fans)

Niceties:
1) Top cutout for ventilation out top (A70 faces fans up/down)
2) Cable management (I'm not a nut about it, but it's always nice)
3) Quiet with good airflow (not silent, but the quieter the better)
4) Decent looks (least important but not without merit).
5) Tool-less design (I don't mind tools, but that stuff seems really slick)
6) Other ease of use addons

What I've been looking at so far has been the CM 690 II Advanced, looks nice, spacious, good airflow, lots of nice features like toolless slide bars and whatnot. On Amazon for 89.99, but only 1 in stock and disappears now and then.
Another case I was looking at was the Antec Nine Hundred, it looks slick, large and stable, but I've read a lot of complaints about it on these forums, and considering it has almost no bells or whistles, the high price tag seems a little unfounded.

So if there are any other superior options I'd love to hear them. Thanks for the tips in advance

Thanks for the suggestions, though I was reading that the Storm Scout only has clearance for 10.5" or less vid cards (I need 11", crazy...) and the 600T is about $140 which is a little more than I was looking to spend.

I've been reading around a bit more, and the AZZA Solano looks like a sweet case, full ATX for ~$99. Any thoughts on this? (I hear the side panel fan might have some issues with a large CPU cooler).

Outside of his range.

If he didn't mind spending another $40,
Besides, for $159.99 (same prices as the 600T) he could get a Silverstone Raven RV02B

I'm not a fan of any other Corsair other than the 700/800D. 600T is too plasticky, and the upcoming 650D looks like someone took an 800D and 600T and smashed them together.
