Steam Mod Question

Thread Starter
I just bought a game on steam and want to install an autosave mod in it, seeing as how it doesn't autosave. To do this I need to know if there is a game data folder when you buy a game off of steam or am I just screwed?

Steam installs games to "Steam\\steamapps\\common" or to "steamapps\\[yourusername]" if they are Valve games.

The default location of the Steam folder is "X:\\Program Files (x86)\\Steam" where X is your Windows installation drive.
