MOST AWESOME MOUSE! Super low friction

Thread Starter
I have a MS mouse that had super annoying sticky feet under it. I Bought some teflon stuff on ebay to put under it, but than I said **** that, I'm gonna do something even better.

So I picked 4 very tiny bearing ball. Using a dremel, I grinded the feet flat. Then I changed the bit of the dremel to make a small hole in each feet. I put a small bearing ball in each hole with an awesome fast setting glue.

The result is an almost frictionless mouse that is stable, accurate and doesn't require expensive pads or changing the feet often.

NICE!

But those ballz roll? or it stuck?

very nice idea, would be great if someone could make a mouse with these style 'feet' that roll.

They're stuck in glue. If they could rolll it would be even better, but it's still very good glued because the friction surface it very small and it's metal.

The Wheel Mouse Optical outshines a majority of so called gaming mice. Glad you like it

nice!

maybe try cutting a hole on the feet smaller than the ball bearing thus allowing it to move freely (without glue) but not fall out?

Ah! That's my old mouse.. loved that thing. Would be pretty cool if the ball bearings could move.

yes, but you're going to destroy the surface you're playing on

replacing mouse feet is cheaper than replacing your mousing surface
