Wow the NH-D14 is ******* huge!And I just order a

for the time being literally like less than a hour ago I was told it would go well with the 965 BE in the AMD CPU section

Yea the NH-D14 is enormous xD it might also interfere with RAM modules that have tall heatsinks. And the 965 BE is a great cpu. You should be able to get 4Ghz on the cooler you just ordered (probably, but you'll get high temps).

i think if you go any higher.. you'll start to see significant bottle necking, may i suggest getting better components (cpu, ram) before buying this new graphics card... you wont see any difference what so ever if you replace the card you have got now with the other components you own. with the stuff you have now i would say you're 5850 would be running at a 5770-5830 level at the moment due to bottle necking.
