Thanks for you input guys.

I just picked up an Arctic Cooling Twin Turbo Pro.

It fits great. The only issue was with the VRM heatsinks. I had to hack the VRM heatsinks into smaller sizes (about 3 fins each). I couldn't just throw them over the VRM chips because inbetween the chips there are these pieces that are taller than the VRM chip height.

I can now OC my card to 1000/1100. I turn up the volts to about 1.268. The fan is nice and quiet too!
