NEW YORK (AP) — Activision Blizzard Inc. has added rival video game maker Electronic Arts Inc. to its $400 million countersuit against former executives at Infinity Ward, the studio that created the top-selling "Call of Duty" series.

Activision alleges that EA courted the executives, Jason West and Vince Zampella, while they were still under contract with Activision.

They're just jealous that Rock Band beats them to all the good songs that they wanted in Guitar Hero.

Man, This is going to be good, I wish activision the worst. AFAIK EA's done no wrong, people change companies quite often..
Back in the day, well MOH days, EA was just milking the game like crazy, but I'd rather have EA around (that publishes decent games) like Crysis and Bad Company 2, instead of dud paper weight crap games like Call of Duty from Activision.

Wow, don't make it too obvious now that your a fanboy, jeeze what ignorance. Call of duty is a pretty good game in it's right. Infact it's one of the best shooting game franchise made. It made alot of change and you say it's crap. I guess millions of gamers don't know what they are talking about when they say cod is a good game.

CoD1-4 were good

If you say that MW2 and BO are anything but casual, console-catering pieces of crap then you are part of the problem with modern gaming.
