AMD athlon II x4 640 overclocking

hi all im a complete overclocking noob so here it goes
i have managed to overclock my Athlon II x4 640 to 3.6 smile.gif
these are the details
240x15
CPU voltage 1.404v
ram set to 800mhz in bios
my idle temperatures in fox one ( useless ) shows 40c all the time
core temp 0.99.7 shows cpu at 19c and at load 33-45c when playing GTA 4
i need a cpu cooler recommended to me for less than £30
i know i can get it to 3.8+ i already had it at 3.75 but it was a little warm for my liking i have added some images

This is probably your true temps. I would get an after market cooler if you were to overclock further or just keep safe at where you are at now. But that's a nice OC on stock and with that processor.

the main thing i want is a better cooler to keep the cpu nice and cool my only problem is im on a tight budget im on a budget and thank i was struggling at 3.4GHZ because i forgot to lower my ram speed to 800mhz
