New SB Build

I'm after a new, cheapish rig that will last me a good 4 years.

Mainly it will be used for the Adobe Suite, HD Video editing and the odd game like Crysis 2 and Portal 2. Not too fussed about playing them on maximum settings. Crysis 2 on Medium would suffice.

I am after a GTX560 when they are out. USB 3.0 & SATA 6GB/s motherboard, a Sandy Bridge processor and a FULLY modular PSU.

This is what I think so far but any changes for cheaper parts that would be fine then let me know

Corsair Professional Series AX750 750W Modular PSU
Core i5-2500 3.3GHz Socket 1155 (Not sure if I should get an i7?)
Asus P8P67 PRO P67 Socket 1155
Corsair 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1600MHz/PC3-12800 XMS3 i5 Memory Kit CL9(9-9-9-24) 1.65V
Gigabyte GTX 560

The i7 with HT is going to help with the editing and stuff like that but is it really going to be worth the extra $100?

You won't need that 750w PSU for that setup unless you are planning on running SLI/x-fire in the future. I would go with a less wattage one that will be less expensive but still good.

Scan have an offer on at the moment

Intel Core i7 2600K
Coolermaster Hyper 212 Plus
Asus P8P67 Pro
8GB (2x4GB) Corsair Vengeance
For £479

The reason I chose that PSU is because I want a fully modular one
