I have an old alienware laptop that overheats playing almost any game because of the poor air flow and high gpu/cpu usage. I have taken it apart many times to find almost 0% dust inside or along the fans/heatsink. It's just one of those things that come with most laptops.

I do say though, playing on my cooling pad (has fans blowing directly onto the bottom of the laptop while having space between the pad and laptop) I am able to play a lot more regularly and it doesn't overheat as often.
Maybe it helps, but if I then still have to let someone clean out dust (what costs 40 bugs) it still suck, even when it is not every 2 weeks but ever 2 months.

People have told you in threads you made weeks ago how to fix your overheating problem.

1) Cooling pad
2) Downclock your GPU
3) Turn up it's fan

Just turn your settings down. If you're getting lag, you've got them cranked up too high for your GPU. A side effect of this is that your temps will come down, since the lower settings put less load on your card.
