Where is the ATi equivalent to the Nvidia control panel?

Where is the ATi equivalent Nvidia control panel? AMD seems to have mucked up all the ATi website stuff since the last time I visited there, before the buyout. All I can find is what seems to be some kind of Catylist "demo" or something. I think what I'm looking for is called the catylist control center or something like that. I'm not sure. Anyway whatever I downloaded and installed, it isn't the control center that I need.

Catalyst Control Center or so called CCC is the ATI's equivalent to nVidia's control panel. Change the layout to Advanced and you will see a lot of options.

P.S. The CCC should come with the full version of the ATI drivers.

You may have downloaded just the driver you need to DL the full suite or considering you have the driver DL CCC

Ok so first you have to download that driver thing, and only then can you download the actual CCC?

Ok this is what I am having trouble with. Where on this page, do you actually download the control center itself? I see a bunch of drivers, but I don't see anywhere that says specifically that its the CCC.
