verizon fios problem

fios installer put some info file/program on my desktop that gave me all my router info. username pass ect. i didnt want it on my desktop, deleted it thinking it must of been installed somewhere.

cant find it, any suggestions?

I would call Verizon support for that, they should be able to log in remotely and let you know what it is. You can't really get around those settings without resestting your router.
