Or I'm completely wrong and it's just Microsoft shoving their money down Crytek's throat.
Or 3: They know where the money is, consoles. Makes sense to make a demo for the ones that make them the most money. Also, we all have played Crysis and know what to expect. A big portion of the people that will buy Crysis 2 for PC will do so simply due to notoriety and having played the first one and liked it. They are just giving the console people something to entice them, as many have never played Crysis while others never even heard of it.

3. Releasing a demo costs money and they'd rather do it for the consoles because almost no console gamers have ever heard of Crysis, plus most PC gamers also own consoles.

They're still the same fantastic studio, don't care if they're pro-PC or pro-console, if the games they make are good I'm still going to play them. The fact that they're releasing a console demo does not mean it won't be a good game. In fact, we won't know for certain until its release, regardless of speculation.

I know marketing and cash is everything today but.. Crytek with Crysis where one of the last real PC games that used our systems what where meant for. And now this, seriously? PC gamers just got kicked in the PSU.
