Mionix 5000, Roccat Kone +, CM Sentinel, other?

Ok, so I've gone through a ton of mice the last 3 years.

Logitech G9, G5, G7
MS Sidewinder 5
Razer Deathadder, Lachesis

Right now I'm using a CM Sentinel. It's the only product I own by CM and so far, Ive loved it. Well, my puppy jumped on me and I spilled sprite all over it.

It still work... sort of... it's a matter of time before it goes out.

So, I'm looking at other mice (I DO NOT want another Logitech, MS, or Razer mouse!)

I see the Mionix, or the Kone + being good replacements. Problem? i've never heard of Mionix and the Roccat is $100+.

Should I just get another Sentinel, or go for the Mionix or Roccat?

And yes, I do use upwards of 5200 DPI, depending on the game.

Thanks.

I own the Roccat Kone[+] and found it to be very comfortable in my right hand. It replaced my G9 and the driver software is very customizable. It is very large and somewhat heavy, so unless you have large hands I pass on the Kone[+]. Totally worth it and my mother loved the way the Kone[+] looks. You can see it in my thread on it. It is designed exclusively for palm grip. I go for the Mionix Naos 5000 and people are happy with theirs.

EDIT: Here is my thread on the Kone[+].

Well, I can't find a Kone + For less than 100 bucks here in the USA. So I've just gone with the Mionix 5000 from a user here on OCN.

We'll see how well it works.

Mionix, had mine for 2 years now, never disappointed, I got the saiph series though.

It's almost impossible to find the Roccat Kone[+] for less than $100, but I was able to get it for $93 on eBay. The seller said it was used only once and he was right about that. Love the way it feels on my right hand, but I still stink at FPS.

Mionix Naos 5000 should be just as good and comes with a software feature that analyzes the surface the sensor is on to determine whether it is good enough to use the surface. Surprise that someone on OCN would sell their Mionix Naos 5000.

I would wait for the CMStorm Spawn which releases in mid February. It's the first mouse using the ADNS-3090, and has a higher max perfect control threshold than the 3060 and 3080.

Several pre-release reviews have arrived as well all giving 9/10 ratings.

@XNine: do post your opinion about the naos 5000..

Even i am looking for new mice.. and i am stuck between Naos 5000 and SS ikari Optical..
I like look of comfort it provides which is why i prefer any one these two..
But which would better for FPS(CS:S)..
What do guys suggest??
