no they dont if you have standard HDDs in RAID and a single SDD then TRIM will work but if you have SSDs in RAID then TRIM wont work, however most newer SSDs have garbage collection which is like TRIM and runs on the SSDs instead of the OS

Intel storage controllers with newer firmware can pass TRIM to non-member SSDs. No controller can currently pass TRIM to member SSDs.

so if i do get Corsair Force Series 120GB ssd x 2. is there a point in putting them in raid 0?

assuming trim is not supported.

Performance gain on RAID0 would more than compensate the absence of TRIM.

I've had 2x160 GEN2 Intel SSD on RAID0 for over a year, got no performance loses yet.
