Will a volume key works with retail microsoft office professional plus 2010 iso? Or do I need a retail key?

You probably need a retail key. Normally the version that comes with an OEM computer won't take any key, it needs a special one.

I found out through googling that volume key only work with volume license edition of office. Thanks anyway.
