Thread Starter
Hi guys, I just bought Dead Space and when I open the game I get Mouse lag, I already disable Vsync but I am still getting mouse lag. How can I fix the mouse lag?

Also I have a 5970+5870 and the game is only working with 2 GPUs, What can I do to force the game to work with all the GPUs?

I am getting 60+ FPS

I play with eyefinity at 5760x1080 with all the settings high..

Help Please

its the game. i had the same problem. it takes some getting used to. you have already disabled vsync so that should help some, also go to control panel in windows, then go to mouse, then click pointer options tab, then deselect enhance pointer precision. hope this helps some.

but from my experience dead space has bad mouse lag no matter what you do. dont worry though once you get used to it the game is boss.

as for your video card problems, might try your luck in the ati forum. you will get better responses there.

I don't know if you have a gamepad or not, but I prefer to play Dead Space with an Xbox 360 controller. Mouse lag seems to be a very common problem with that game, but when playing with a controler, it feels much better. In my opinion, it is a carry over from the console first design of the game. The game was designed to be played with a controller and not a keyboard and mouse, so it seems to work better that way for me.

Also, I'm not sure how ATI cards work, but to use both of your graphics cards, you would need to have crossfire enabled. However, I think you have to have two of the same cards to be able to enable crossfire.
