You could order a xspc d5 res bay that would fix your issue.

Paint on the inside makes a big difference. if you search it you will find a shiz load of posts about interior case painting. Cutting all the holes for cables helps tuns, but it really depends on the case.

The XSPC is the Cheapest one, and from what I hear it is really nice. Don"t get a typhoon 3(leaks).
dangerden and Koolance also make them, but they are $100+

Ok, thanks for the help. I'll start off by switching cases and see how that goes before I buy any extra accessories though.

So here's the final decision. I'll be swapping cases with my htpc, that way my main rig has the antec 900 which is a bit roomier in the drive bay area. I'll be buying some new tubing, some yate loon fans to use with my fan controller, a few sleeved 12" 3 pin extenders to hide my rad fans, 2 sleeved y-splitters, some gel stuff to hold my pump in place, a whole load of wire management stuff, and 2 cathodes for show.

Right now I'm also considering this 24 pin extender, but I might put that off until I get a dremel and put some holes in my case.
