P8P67 M-Pro Issues-update 2/3 - Page 2

Raffy - do you have any other memory that you can try in your mobo? Do you have a friend that would loan you a stick to try in your mobo or have a shop where you could borrow a stick for a couple of hours? That would help you rule out or confirm the memory as the problem.

Try looking at this thread.

Sounds like the same issue you're using with the same board as well... except yours is the micro ATX.

How do I boot from memtest on a USB? I just downloaded the file ran the setup so the USB is a boot device. But my computer doesn't recognize it. Also is something wrong here? When I install windows and it restarts to boot up windows for the first time it takes about 3-5minutes to restart?

Edit: finally got to memtest going, switched to infinite amount of runs and extended. Going to let that run for a couple hours.

Just tried another set of ram and got the same BSOD. Seems like it is after all the motherboard.

Try 1 stick at a time if you haven't already, also clear cmos before you try to attempt anything. Also what slots are you using? I believe you supposed to use A2-B2, well thats what I have them in and I havent had any issues yet.

I have tried one stick of ram and moved it through all the slots and then again with the other stick. Also tried different slot combinations with both sticks. Then did memtest and the ram passed. Then I went to best buy bought a set of corsair and same issue. I've cleared the cmos a few times and nothing. Also tried installing the os in the raptor and no luck. I'll try the a2-b2 again to make sure I didn't skip that. I'm pretty frustrated with this board, might be my first and last time with asus.
