so long as your psu is set to the correct voltage setting you should be fine.

now if your pc starts to use the imperial measurements units over metric measurements units, then you have problems.

Yeah it sure will work

the motherboard VRMs supply the right voltage

its just the PSUs that are different

UK uses 240v AC while U.S.A. uses 120v AC.

All computer PSUs are DC (12v, 5v, 3.3v, etc.).
