Need help to get this system cooled down. - Page 2

Your temps are fine, but if you would like a better cpu cooler, I say go for it. Do you have a budget?

You can get a venomous X or a TRUE for around $55-75, or you could get a Xigmatek S1283 or a Dark Knight for $30-50

You could also go with a self contained liquid system like a H50 or H70 for between $65-100.

The next step would be a complete watercooling loop. You can do a rasa kit $150-200, or your own custom loop $150-holy crap that's expensive.

Your temps are perfectly fine. Your GPU can handle even ~90c
Also, your HDD temps are good as well. I have a 902 and atm my HDD is @ 24c (just finished playing BFBC2 if it matters). Just for comparison. My SLIed GTX 275 dont exceed 60c under BFBC2 or Metro 2033 so I'd say your getting kinda like my temps, and imho, it's good

P.S. You can crank up all the fans if you're concerned even after all of the opinions expressed here. CPU Fan - through the BIOS, case Fans - Using the knobs and controllers, GPU Fan - MSI Afterburner will do.

Good luck

You would be more than happy with a D-14...They are a tad expensive but are almost silent and do an awesome job cooling with the stock fans..I wouldn't trade mine for much except a custom loop...I did an amd build with the dark knight..It did a really nice job also..By the way the temps that you posted are fine as the others stated.

When I was on air I ran a DK, and loved it with an oc'ed i7. You can either have the airflow up/down or front/back to maximize the airflowage. Remember most of the heat from the vid card rises up to the cpu fans.

Flip that PSU around with the fan on the bottom and do some cable management and put a 90 mm fan under your dvd rom

I would say go with the hyper212 because it is cheap and does a great job cooling.

OP - Go to User CP and on the left side, find "add a system." Add your system so we will know what kind of case and memory you have.

Best balance of performance and quietness is the Silver Arrow. Archon and D14 are also up there.

Delta is a brand name. They have their name and their trademark on each fan they make.
