actually all the ones you listed look good.....

Also....

i have been looking at these
Out of those the venomous x gets my vote, the one you chose is good though (scythe ninja 3) but pretty well every cooler recommended so far has been good

Let us know how it does. You might end up with a push-pull setup on it (I did with my Mugen 2). I'd like to see how you mount the pull fan.

BTW - great job with the TX3. I bookmarked the pic under "Mods - good ones", so don't move it.

+rep for the mod

yeh.. the 2x12cm fans work wonders....

they have a higher airflow and are alot quieter....

which is always nice...

i actually bought the 92/80mm to 120mm fan adapters of ebay for $3 each lol....

EDIT::

i will be setting up a push pull setup for sure...

because the lower the temps the better....

since that is all that is stopping me from ocing some more

52c idle is not good.

You should try reseating the cooler.

My 955 idled around 30c even with a really crappy cooler.

yeh... i was a bit disappointed it didn't come with the brackets for a second fan....

but a couple of skewers and hey presto.... 2 fans lol

i found that the Coolermater R4 fan actually moves a little bit less air then the stock one on the heatsink....

but it is alot quieter with the r4 fans
