Yeah the game I'm playing is quite old, came out around 2001 so when I edit any settings, in specific changing it to run on windowed mode It requires a restart of the game and it will open on the main monitor no matter what I do.

I know you didn't ask for this, but since you now have more than one monitor now, you should check out Ultramon.
