last TIM i bought is Arctic Cooling MX-4...got it super cheap..like $7 or something...still have a lot left.... i personally see no reason to spend too much money on this kind of stuff...given diminishing returns in performance vs. price. same goes for heat sinks...$18 (Corsair A70) vs $60+ (take your pick)...not much of a real difference. It's not like 2 degrees is going to save your PC from a meltdown..lol...imo

As a forum search will show this type of question gets asked daily if not more often. The forum SEARCH feature is your friend. thumb.gif

Any of the top (25) TIMs will produce temps with 1-2C so you can buy $3 TIM and get essentially the same PC performance as with $20 TIM.

Use whatever makes you happy and fit's your budget. Your PC will never know 1-2C difference in CPU cooling.
