Upgrading to an A70, will my memory get in the way?

I don't recall the exact model of my RAM but they're similar to this. I'm curently using a Hyper TX3and it fits just fine ATM. How much of an issue will I have? If it's that big of a problem, will an A50 suffice as an upgrade?

Well, I'm looking to keep things cheap but is the A70 the best I can get under $50?
