Right now I have two GTX460 1mb each o/c from factory. They will be in SLI or should I send them back for one GTX560?

Keep them. The 560 is going to be an improvement over the 460, and pretty much a replacement for it, but the performance of a single 560 is going to be worse than two 460s, definitely.

the 460s will preformon par with the 560 in my opinoin with the proper oc and voltage mods you will be in serious competition

On par??! Are you kidding? 2 460s perform "on par" with one 580..

If you mean the 560s won't be an improvement over the 460s.. well, I'd say they will, but time will tell.

OP: You'd be crazy to send them back unless you need the extra money.
