Help with my Striker Extreme Plz

HI all I have a little problem with my striker extreme thats bugging me and I can't get a new modo for a while yet
Basiclly its been fine for last year and all of a sudden its have massive stablitty issues, I can not get the board to run for more than 10 mins at my old setting but if I down clock the ram it runs fine after 3 reboots.

Right the set up,
Core 2 Duo E6300
Core Speed1866.6 MHz (old speed was 2.33GHz OC'ed)
Multiplier x FSB 7.0 x 266.7 MHz
Rated Bus speed1066.6 MHz (old speed was 1333MHz OC'ed)
Stock frequency1866 MHz

6GB Kingston HyperX PC6400 (800MHz)
Running at 1.80 Volts and downgraded to 667MHz (used to run at 800 just fine but is now unstable at that speed)

XFX GeForce 8800GTX Stock speeds and settings

Drives
ST3160212A ATA 150GB
ST32005 42AS SATA 2TB
TSSTcorp CDDVDW SH-S203P SATA

thats all thats pluged into the mobo, I have tryed all the normal stuff strip down to bare minimum, swap the ram sticks around etc but nothing I even went and bought 3 brand new sticks of ram thinking they where fryed but still wont boot unless clocked at 667.

I was thinking it was a volt problem but after looking over the Asus forums and trying all the volts there it was not the case, I have even tested with a diffrent PSU and CPU still the same.

The only thing I can think of thats left is the Dimm controler is on its last legs and my mobo needs replacing (and it will be it time) I am hopeing theres something I missed or over looked but I can't think what lmao

If it is the mobo whats a good replacement I can't afford to get all new parts so the mobo needs to take what I got as the ram, GPU, CPU are all new so dont want to have to replace them when I get a new mobo!

So its got to be a Socket 775, with 4xDDR2 dimm slots that support 800MHZ (1066 would be better) I was looking at the ASUS P5W DH Deluxe or Asus P5Q Pro Turbo.

Sorry for the long BORING post but I was hopeing someone may have some insite or even recomend a replacement mobo

Ok the plot thickens, after some playing around I have found that if I have 6GB at 800MHz I can boot in to windows and it will seem fine but apps will close at random with no error message games will crash none stop, and after about 2 hours I will start to get RPC server error messages.
If I turn it down to 667MHZ windows will not boot at all, if I have 4GB at 800MHz I can get into windows but it will then just hang on log in .
But it I use just 2GB at 800MHz the PC runs perfect I even left a game running over night in a bench loop and it was still running when I got up in the morning just fine.
