Is my SSD borked?

Thread Starter
My friend recently gave me his SSD because it was causing some Disk Boot errors on startup, so I decided to look at it.

Trying to install on it gave me this error:

Then, using HDTune it looked like this for the Error scan:

And it also won't fully read on HDTune either.

Also I'm running RAID so I can't view the health status on it. I've formatted it serveral times with several methods, but I'm pretty sure its just broken. Is it.?

Try a secure erase if you haven't already.

OK, did the OCZ thing (I think) and then was able to install Windows. Currently running it, but I ran HDTune just to see if it gives the same problem.

and Error scan:

What do? Could I still just run normally, or should I not risk it and return it asap?

If that error scan was after a secure erase then the drive should be returned
