Gigabyte UD3R dead?

Thread Starter
Hi guys, I have a problem with my motherboard (I think), basically when I turn on my system all components receive power but It will not post.

I have tried resetting my CMOS and checking all power connections but nothing seems to have worked. The motherboard LEDs however state that my CPU voltage is red, and that it is overclocked to the 'red' zone, which leads me to think that it is my motherboard that has somehow died. When I clear the CMOS the same thing happens (parts have power but does not post)

any suggestions guys?
TIA

Sounds like the board...

Unplug everything except the essentials, cpu - 1 stick ram, vid card and boot. See if you get a post screen....

You can also try pulling the battery and letting it sit over night (maybe even use a new battery when you put it back)...
