Try to set "Read Only" on your Settings.ini.

It's doing it for my friends as well. Did they release a patch or something that doesn't allow you to change FOV anymore? The default 55 is horrendous, so if that's the case I'm just going to uninstall.

What fov are you trying? If it seems like it's not working, try a ridiculously large one, like 95 or 100, and see if there's a difference. If not, then I guess you can't change your fov.

I've tried 65, 70, 85, and 90. None of them change a thing.

In the past I've changed my FOV to 85 and it's worked no problem. The only thing I can possibly think of is that they patched out the ability to do so.

Are you sure its not working. its not a huge difference you will see, you probably wont even be able to tell. They did not patch it out.

Also, are you attempting this in single player? if you are well thats the problem, its only for multiplayer.
