Sion is the perfect champion for this, as he gets naturally tanky due to his E, and he can clear waves with his W, which also shields him from damage. Swain is also another good champion against her, as he can push her to her tower, sustain himself, and hurt her when she is on CDs. Morgana is also really good, as her spell sheild blocks the marks that she applies with her Q, which makes her damage go poof.
