8800GTX dead

Well, here's the full story

I booted my PC on today, and it bluescreened. Thinking it was probably my CPU undervolt, I loaded the BIOS failsafe defaults. I booted again and the same thing happened again.

That's when I had a thought. I had bought a GTX460 to replace the 8800GTX as a primary card because the 8800GTX would crash the NVIDIA kernel display drivers any time it ran something in 3D mode.

Anyway, I've removed it and replaced it with my spare 8600GT so I can run my 3 monitors, and it seems to be stable again.

R.I.P 8800GTX, you were a great card, and still a beast to this day, even if you were from 2006

Was considering it, but I was wondering if the oven is fine for use afterwards?

Hm okay, I'll give it a go when I have my mate to do it, he's already baked his dead 8800GTX which made it last a few more months
