What are my options for AMD + nVidia boards?

I really don't like my motherboard 1 bit but I haven't changed it because I can't seem to find a motherboard that holds my AMD CPU and my nVidia GPU (and future upgrade to SLI hopefully).

What are my options here?

Both 980a and 750a chipsets are the only current ones to natively support SLI on AMD boards. 980a does SLI @ 16x/16x, and 750a @ 8x/8x.

eh, SLI doesn't scale too well though Lucid Hydra.

Yeah I read something like this on the reviews, so I decided to ask since my options seem to be very limited.

I wish I could still get my hands on a K9N2 Platinum.

Lucid Hydra is pretty much hit&miss

As far as a motherboard suggestion goes, I honestly haven't a clue.

Maybe an idea would be to look into the SLI hack, there are some links in this thread that might be worth looking at

Very little scaling info on the SLI hack: http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...d.php?t=235328

I had no idea about this. How reliable is it? It looks like something to look into.

I'm running the SLI hack right now on my AMD 790GX chipset and so far there have been no problems, scaling is great in Crysis and Metro 2033 (the only games I tried so far ), and my SLI 260 scores 19k on 3DMark Vantage so I can say it works preety well

Does it work for any mobo, or is there a list somewhere about this? I seriously would like to try this now.
