Keep in mind that there are a lot more complex physical factors to it than friction and a longer travelling of the water.
The differences have shown to be a max of 1 1/2 and 2 degrees.
I know that is not a crutial amount of cooling abilitiy loss but to some people it matters...and I count myself as one of them

What factors? The longer the water travels the cooler it gets as it dumps more heat into the air.

I don´t know what kinda loop you are running but normally there shouldn´t be any air in a loopxD except the res if it wasn´t filled to the top but that theory of yours is still false.

The tubes that are mostly made of PVC have shown to have heat rejective characteristics that not only deny the water to dissipate any of the heat into the tubes combined with the friction it multiplies the heat formation to the double.And the longer the water has to travel and that state is maintained the severer the heat multiplication and therefor the worse the cooling ability,in addition with the 18 Watt heat disposal of the pump and some minor other factors that are not worth mentioning because their effect lies in the 0.00 C area ....it resutls in 1 1/2 - 2 degrees of cooling performance loss.

At least I and some of my friends have experienced that.
Please note that the effects sound extreme in reality they are pretty marginal though.But the worse cooling performance is undenieable ...maybe you should try it for yourself

The total heat dump from friction and the pump can not exceed the pump's wattage, if it did the pump would be producing more power than it took in which is impossible.

Also most of the restriction against waterflow is in the blocks, the restriction presented by the tubing is so low as to not even matter.

I will admit that there is a slight difference, but since it is less than 0.1C I think we can call it negligible.

Everything you said is correct.
Except the fact that friction in blocks and tubing doesn´t have to exceed the pumps heat disposal nobody said that anyway ...it adds to the heat created by the pump and that is just a higher temp rise than 0.01 degree trust me. In most loops it is a 1-2 degree difference just try it out yourself you will see I am right.

The heat dump from a component such as that is much more relevant than a pump.

Besides if the CPU 1C warmer the GPU is 1C colder, loop order won't affect the average temperatures of the loop.
