overclocking 1055t to 4hgz?

i have a zalman 9700 nt cooler and a m4a89t-m motherboard, could i overclock it to 4ghz?im new to this so i dont really know what to change in the bios, since i dont have ai tweaker, the only things related to it are jumperfree configuration and cpu configuration.

4ghz is pretty easy on a 1055t. Bump up the fsb slowly (5 at a time) until your pc is unstable then bump up the voltage. There are plenty of overclocking guides on the forums. If you use the search feature you're sure to find some. Also if you look under the 1055t fanclub you can find some successful settings people have used to reach high overclocks.

kk ty, is the fsbthe cpu/ht referance clock?im using asus so its probably different for yours.

but hes not using asus so would anything have a different name in his motherboard to mine?

i set the ht ref to 260 and it wouldnt even start....
