EK's bridges should work perfectly.

Like Flux said, the EK bridges are specifically made for, although not limited to, EK water blocks. If it was me, I'd get the series waterblock. This means that the water will enter the first card's waterblock, go out through the bridge and into the second waterblock. It doesn't take a genius to work out what the parallel ones do.
